Angel of God,
my guardian dear,
to whom God’s love
commits me here,
ever this day
be at my side,
to light and guard,
to rule and guide.

the guardian angel prayer is a short prayer asking for protection, guidance, and help from my guardian angel.
it is simple, familiar, and especially useful when i want prayer that feels small enough to hold.

- when i need protection or guidance
- when i want a short prayer that does not take much energy
